cvthom I bought this produt for the moisturizing and sun screen, but I love it best for the smell: just like the "lipstick" in the mini cosmetic cases I got at Christmas as child. It makes me feel happy!

Anonymous This lip treatment has everything I could wish for in a lip protector. It's got the right amount of sunscreen, it's long-lasting, and it's an incredibly pretty, natural-looking color. On top of that, it smells great! It smells fresh, clean, and citrusy; uplifting. It's nice to apply this for a little burst of aromatherapy in addition to a "perk-up" for my face. I've never before used a lip balm that lasted as long as this one. It's not a lip stain, but it seems to melt into my lips and stay there, keeping them moist, and comfortable.

gennas411 I have chronically dry lips and have been on a never ending search for the holy grail of lip balms (Smith's rose salve, Korres, bath and Body works, chapstick, Nivea, bare minerals...). I have wanted to try this lip balm for quite some time and I am so happy that I was able to finally get it- ringing in at almost [$] it seems a tad expensive for a lip balm, but it is entirely worth it. I love the metal tube that is comes in with the screw on cap which keeps random bits of purse debris out of the product. The color is my natural color but better and looks like I just ate a cherry popsicle, it has a nice taste and smell, but the texture is what won me over. It is super hydrating, but also very lightweight- not heavy, sticky, and vaseliney like some other balms are. It isn't particularly long lasting- not more or less so than any other balm I have tried, so I still apply it several times a day, but it feels so good on and does leave my lips feeling moisturized even after it wears off. I would recommend at least trying it to anyone who is curious about it, I will more than likely continue to buy it again when I run out- possibly in a different color=)

Steph! I expected a lot out of this product and some of my expectations weren't quite met. It is lightweight, it has a lovely citrus-y scent, and it's color is a nice pale sheer rose color that gives a hint of color instead of an outright layer. I found no real difference between this product and the loss costly Alba Botanicals TerraTints beyond that it glides on more easily, is more lightweight, and sheerer. It has the same texture as Blistex's Complete Moisture. When my lips are severely chapped, it is no immediate relief and feels slightly gunky. I'd buy it again, but I don't think I NEED it. It's just another lip gloss, but one I can brag about being boutique-y and with pretty packaging.

Fiddler At first I balked at paying this much for a lip balm - but this isn't just any lip balm. It is tinted the perfect color, but even more important, it moisturizes better than any other one I have used. It makes my lips smooth and moist - actually younger looking! It is pretty soft, so I found that I need to only twist it up just enough to get some on my lips, or it can smoosh down become misshapen. It smells and tastes like a sugar cookie, but not in a bad way. It is very light. Another genius feature is that the top screws on, so it won't fall off in your purse. Nice! I will be ordering another one - one for my purse and one for home. Rare to find such a great product.

RebelKate I had been wanting to get this forever! It seems to pop up frequently in fashion/beauty magazines with good reviews. However, I found out that I must be one of the people sensitive/allergic to the oxybenzone ingredient that provides the SPF. As soon as I started using it, I broke out in the corners of my mouth. As soon as I stopped using it, it cleared up. I was so disappointed because it was a good product otherwise; nice sheer color and smelled great. I would be wary spending so much for what is basically a lip balm with tint that has an ingredient known to be a skin irritant.

cakequeen48 An avid Fresh user, I was eager to try this lip treatment. As a fair skinned, 53 year old, the advertised rose tint sounded appealing. Upon application, I was disappointed that the lovely, sheer rose color in the tube was not transferred to my lips. There is no scent, nor taste, as advertised; however, the container is fantastic. It has a screw-on tube top preventing a pocket or purse disaster. The other plus is the SPF. Were this product in the $5-$7 price range, I might be able to justify another purchase or referral. Sadly, this was a waste of [$]..

Annie in Montana My biggest complaint is the price vs the quantity of product. Also, I didn't notice any tint on my lips and that is why I picked this version over the other. The scent is nice but I did have to reapply it as often as I do any other product. We do have a dry climate here. I should have listened to other reviews that said it really isn't worth the price. Cute packaging but I'll probably stick w/ Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers that do tint, come in a variety of tints, smell minty fresh, cover great and are about 1/4 the price.

MissJ I wanted to get something with just a teeny hint of color and SPF, and this is perfect. A lot of sun-protection balms make my lips dry, but this one is good. I use it by itself, usually, but if I need more oomph I put on some lipliner and just apply this on top, and voila! I look made up and can feel confident that my lips are protected from the sun, especially when driving. The only possibly negative thing I'd say about this product is that I'm always afraid the whole lipstick will get wobbly and fall out of the casing. It hasn't happened yet, but I only push it up a little bit, just in case.
